SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE

The Anti-Discrimination Network  provides support and services to individuals and groups facing discrimination, human rights violations, and social exclusion. Through its member and partner organizations, the Network offers free legal, psychological, and social assistance, as well as support in proceedings before the competent institutions. 

Our services cover: 

➤ Free legal aid and legal counseling 

➤Filing complaints and representation before the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination, courts, and other institutions 

➤ Strategic litigation in cases of discrimination and human rights violations 

➤ Psychological and social support 

➤ Accompaniment and assistance in exercising rights before institutions 

➤ Education, information, and capacity building for citizens 

➤ Support for marginalized and vulnerable groups 

➤ Monitoring, research, and preparation of reports and analyses in the field of non-discrimination 

The services are available through the Network’s member organizations, which operate at both local and national level and provide professional and confidential support in accordance with the principles of equality, dignity, and respect for human rights.
